Typically, a suspension period will be set by the DMV, and there'll be a shorter minimum mandatory suspension period. If the possibility of having your licence reinstated earlier than the stated suspension period is offered to you, you will have to schedule a hearing with a DMV officer. You'll need an MVR from any state you've held a licence in within the last seven years. The DMV officer will then determine whether or not you'll be validated for early reinstatement. Either way, whether they determine you're eligible for early reinstatement, or whether you have to wait out the entire suspension period, once you're eligible to have it reinstated, you'll go to the DMV to receive your new licence (even if you held onto your old one when it was suspended, you'll still have to get a new one). You'll be charged for the licence, as well as whatever reinstatement fees are involved (usually one for licence reinstatement, and another fee for driving privilege reinstatement).
Go to the DMV find out why. Then go to your court house that posted the suspension, set up a court date plead guilty even if you are innocent and tell the judge you have no money. He or She will usually lower the fine drastically and reinstate your license.
This is hard but don't be tempted to drive while you are banned, it will only make things worse.
I suggest that you are honest with your employer and if you only need to drive to get to and from work then take a bus or get a bicycle, you may have to start earlier but you will keep your job. If you need your license for work (i.e. your work involves driving - then sadly you have probably lost your job).
Get a job
I can see it if driving is part of your job, mainly because your license has been revoked, then afterward their insurance company might not cover them if you do. Otherwise it's none of their business what happens off the job.
to get a truck driving jobs you will need a commercial driver license or CDL. as if you are looking for a tow trucking job you will also need a towing license.
If your CNA license hasn't been revoked, and it is still current, probably. It will mainly depend on whether your prospective employer will want to offer you a job after they check your background..
No. If you are working as a waiter all you need is the job.
