If your license is suspended and you get in a wreck does insurance cover anything?

Answer

Probably not. If you don't have a license, get a ride, have someone drive for you, or walk.

Answer

It depends. Every Insurance company is different. Some will pay the damages because you pay them every month (or have paid in full) for the premium. Some will only pay to a certain point, others will out and out deny the claim for the reasons Roy stated. There is no universal course of action for every scenerio.

Even if they do pay, that will be the least of your problems because if you're involved in an accident while you're license is suspended you are guilty of a CLASS 6 FELONY in most states and will probably serve time or be put on probation for a while. In either case, you'd forever loose your ability to have a career or enjoy the privledges of United States citzenship.

if you have no license you can't afford to drive. Good luck!
