Maybe. Not in the sense that anything will be placed on their CR.However, when the BK Trustee, goes over your assets, might be difficult to assess, who the funds belong to. The way the account is set up (whatever is on the signature card) will more than likely be the determining factor. The account(s) probably won't be frozen (although that is possible). You need to discuss the details with your family members and your BK attorney.
