Hopefully your dad knows you are engaged. It wouldn't be fair for him not to now and after all ... you're his daughter too.
If you aren't a minor I don't see any problem, but if you are, and depending on how the custody arrangements are set-up then your mother should let your father know where you are going. If you live with your mother and see your father on holidays or special weekends, no, technically it's not running away, but keeping dad out of all of this will hurt him deeply.
Unless your father is abusive there is absolutely no reason to keep him out of things. Time for everyone to grow up. Be sure you don't get caught in between two ex parents battling it out. Without realizing it they can use the kids in the family to hurt each other. Happy events kept secret make for a very messy outcome. This should be one of the happiest events of YOUR life!

they are divorced now but it was Leslie Edmonds, he is now engaged to Deborah Gillespie
18
not legally i guess because it would be considered running away if your parents did not give you consent and your parents can have you escorted back to your parents house by police
if your parents do not consent it will be considered as you running away if there forceing you out with no place to stay yes
Trail Running is comparable with Cross Country Running. The one exception is that Trail Running is done on longer routes. Trail Running is running and hiking over trails. It is considered to be a running sport.
Your car will have to at least have the battery running to charge the phone, but the engine does not have to be engaged.
No it is not.
once your 18, they can't do nothing about you running away
The punishment for running away in Washington is unclear because this is not considered to be a crime. In most states, including Washington, the police can pick up the teen who has run away and return that teen to his or her home. In some cases there can be fines levied against the parents.
her parents influenced her with her running
Running outside of the base line is always an out.
No, unless they don't talk to their parents. If they talk to their parents then they are not a runaway.
