If your period was a week late and really light and now it's done but you are still having lower back pain and leg cramps really bad but a pregnancy test 3 days ago was neg could you be pregnant?

Pregnancy - especially in the beginning - does not cause physical pain. You're experiencing residual effects from your mentrual cycle. Use protection and you won't have to ask this question again.
Although no protection is ever 100% guaranteed (so the comment above is a bit misleading and unnecessary)

∙ 15y agoIts possible, your last "period" may have actually been implantation bleeding. You should wait a week and then take a pregnancy test. If it is negative but you are still unsure wait another week and then take another test first thing in the morning. If the second test is negative you are most likely not pregnant. You could always get a blood test from a doctor, that would let you know 100% whether you are actually pregnant or not.

∙ 15y agoMaybe so, some women can take pregnancy tests and show up negative , and still be pregnant. If still don't get a period in a couple of weeks, then go see a ob Dr. they could find out if your pregnant thru a blood test. Hope this helps.
