All right, let's deal with the first things first.
First, don't cut yourself. You've got a lot of life ahead of you. Although it seems like things can't possibly get better, I assure you that your life will improve. It may take time, but you can get through it.
Second, you can't be denied food or water for extended periods of time. You can talk to a teacher or police officer or call the kids help phone. (There's a reason the number is on cereal boxes.) If that doesn't work, go to a neighbour's house.
Don't simply run away. Without a support system, you are likely to get into more trouble than you are in right now. There are care systems available if you're not getting the right kind of help at home.
