Im 15 and feel stupid I had protected sex and havent had my period for 2 months. This has happened b4 but im really scared could I be pregnant or is it just an irregular period PLEASE HELP?

You don't say what protection you used but if you used a condom correctly your chances of getting pregnant are only about 2 in a hundred over a year, if you are on the pill the chance is almost nothing. When you are 15 your hormones are still settling down so it is quite possible to miss a period especially if you are stressed out. You can get a test at a pharmacy or look up 'family planning' in the yellow pages or on the net. They can help you. In US try Planned Parenthood, in UK try FPA. And perhaps you should not have sex, protected or otherwise,until you are old enough to cope with the consequences. IT MAY B U R PREG. =Missing Periods At 15 Doesn't Always Mean You are Pregnant= There is a condition called OLIGOMENORRHEA meaning "Light or Infrequent Menstruation". This condition is very common in early puberty and not usually worrisome. When girls first menstruate they often do not have regular cycles for several years. Even healthy cycles in adult women can vary by a few days from month to month. In some women, periods may occur even 3 weeks and in others, every 5 weeks. Flow also varies and can be heavy or light. Skipping a period and then having a heavy flow may occur; this is most likely due to missed ovulation rather than a miscarriage. Hon, don't feel stupid at all! It's a wise person that simply says "I don't know" and listens and learns to as much knowledge as possible. It's a fool that thinks they know everything! You are smart to have protected sex, but it can sometimes not be enough. The other poster is correct, but the problem is by using a condom some young men don't get the right size for their penis and accidents can happen. Condoms should ALWAYS be used to prevent sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS, Herpes, etc. Other than the Birth Control pill (not always a good choice because of the side effects of this medication such as weight gain, outbreaks such as pimples on the face area, and more importantly it can cause other health issues down the road.) Please see your doctor and discuss sex issues with her/him. Doctors prefer young people to come to them and be open and honest and there is nothing to be frightened of. It appears you are being pressured to have sex. If you don't want to have sex then don't, and don't think for a minute you are an oddity of nature if you don't. Smart kids are careful! What happens in your private life is no one's business and your peers need not know the details. Never mind the pregnancy test kits, but see your doctor (or any good doctor) to see if you are pregnant so you can put your mind at ease. Chances are you aren't pregnant and in some women having sexual intercourse can either bring on a period (even an extra one) or delay a period. Good luck hon
