You need help. Bottom line. I hope you are close with your parents, because they are going to have to help you. im 15 and pregnant how do i bring up my baby with no house and no money
No because the judge will tell you that you need your parents help.
you need to get in touch with Social Services they will help you and your baby(if you are pregnant) these people have your best interest at heart so contact them ASAP
Only with parental consent. Pregnant teens are only emancipated and can decide fully over the pregnancy and their own health. Everything else is like before.
im going to assume your old enough to be out on your own, if you've been together for 15 years. so, just be there for her, and go with it. shes gonna need ya. i was 15 and pregnant. its hard, so i imagine ANY pregnancy is difficult.
If she isn't pregnant, there is no place in the United States. And even if she is pregnant, the few states that would allow it still require a court order.
If the pregnancy test is negative, you're probably not pregnant. Take another or see your doctor.
It is definitely not too young to GET pregnant. Whether a 15-year-old ought to BE pregnant is another question entirely.
Just tell her straight out. Invite her over or be at her place and sit her down and tell her. There is no cushion the blow here - it is what it is. If you have decided on a abortion you can need her support and otherwise she's going to be a granny. You will need her help in that case since you have school etc.
No a pregnant 15 yr old girl can't move out and live on her own. The doctors tell you you are emancipated but that's only when it comes to doctor papers and decisions for you and your babyAnswerBeing pregnant or having a child does not change the application of the legal age of the state in which the minor resides. As stated previously a pregnant minor has legal rights to make decisions concerning her unborn or born child. If the minor does not have parental or family support, the court will grant emancipation for the sole purpose of her and her unborn child receiving medical care and other state assistance. Even so, she will not be allowed to reside on her own, but will be placed in a group or foster home, where she can continue her education and receive counseling to aid her in the serious decisions she will need to make.
Take your age now, subtract 15 from your age, and your daughter is 18, give or take a few months depending on the month of your own birthday.
In the states that offer a chance to emancipation before 18 you usually have to be 16yo. You also have to fill the requirements which some are having your own place to live, a job or going to school, have an income, paying your own bills etc. A judge would not emancipate you just so you can choose which parent to live with.
