There is no place in North America where a 16 year old can get married without parental consent. You might be able to go to Africa, but if he takes you out of the country, there are a whole number of other problems, like kidnapping to worry about. Shucks, if he takes you across the state line without parental permission he's in trouble.

Get a younger boyfriend and don't be in a hurry to get married. Just think, when you hit 30, he's going to be 59 and he's already older than your parents!
