I think more information is needed to anwser this question completly. For instance, what sort of life style do you lead? Are you highly active or rather more sedate? do you excercise often, some, or not at all? And are you male or female? And by fit what do you mean? I feel that anwsering the question as it is currently phrased would leave many variables out that have an important part in the final anwser. Besides the fact remains that there is really no right anwser to just how many calories you need to consume a day. The rule of thumb generally is to burn more calories a day then you consume if your trying to lose weight.
