Neither.

In Alaska the age of consent is 16 for both males and females. It is considered sexual abuse, however, if the offender is at least 18 and lives in the same household or holds a position of authority over a victim who is 16 or 17 years old. Having sex with anyone under the age of 16 is a crime regardless of the circumstances. There are several other laws that may apply as well.
