Usually it is suggested that a child should be 13 to sit in the front seat but really it depends on the kind of car, if or if not the car has air bags, and the judgment of the parent.

Experts on the subject say to make sure there are no laws against it in your state, then make sure that the 12 year old is at least 4.9 feet tall and weighs over 80 pounds. Then you may sit up front

It depends on your state law however most states require a minimum age of 12 to sit in the front seat. Also, it depends on your height and weight and if your parents feel it is safe for you.

Is a ten year old child weighing 70 ponds allow to seat in the front passengers seat in a Lexus with a seat belt on in Massachusetts?

According to the EOPSS web site in MA Children 12 and under should always ride in the back seat. Follow vehicle manufacturers' warnings about seating of children near airbags. The only time the front seat would be OK is if the child is over 12 or if there is not back seat in the car. So, reclaim the rights to own the radio!!
