At the beginning of the play, when Lady Capulet asks Juliet if she has ever thought of marriage, she says that it "is an honor I not dream of." However, as she falls in love with Romeo, she changes her mind (they marry the day after they meet).

Her thought of marriage change yet again after she will be forced to marry Paris, since she feels she should not be married to more than one person. Despite this, she still loves Romeo as her husband.

Juliet is actually the one who made the suggestion to Romeo about getting married. She secretly really wants to get married, but doesn't want to make that too obvious. When the plans are all set, there are no "second-thoughts" about marriage by Juliet.
