In Romeo and Juliet how does Romeo die?

Answer:
In romeo and Juliet with Leonardo Dicaprio, Juliet fakes her death by taking a sleeping potion so she wont have to marry another man. Friar Lawrence sent the message to romeo that Juliet was taking the potion to pretend that she was dead. However, romeo never got the message and thought she was really dead. So he went to her casket and gives her back her ring and she starts to move but he does not see her. So he cries over her and he has a bottle of poison with him when he gets it out Juliet starts to wake up but can't move properly after the potion and he takes the poison before she can stop him. he realizes that she is alive but it is too late as he had already taken it. Then Juliet sees a gun that romeo has brought with him and shoots herself and they both lie in her casket.

What's above this text is from the movie "William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet" by Director Baz Luhrmann. In the play, Romeo takes a poison from the apothecary because he was going to kill himself, after learning of Juliet's death.
