In hotel dusk room 215 in chapter 2 I do everything I am supposed to do in the main office but when I come out Louie isn't there have I done something wrong?

Make sure you have the red box. I left the office and put the red box in my briefcase in the room. When I went back to the office and finished examining everything, Louie wouldn't appear. Then I went and got the red box, went back into the office, exited, and Louie showed up. Probably just a dumb bug in the game. Annoying. You must remember that dusk room 215 is not really a room. It is a figment of Louie's Imagination. In Chapter 3 you will realize Louie does not exist. This is the reason he does not appear. If you are having trouble progressing go back to the main office at station YCC34 and read the brochure in the desk, (top left drawer). This may clear things up allowing you to continue.
