As different court systems combined there cases together into one case E.g. Rico act = Two or more separate crimes committed with the same accomplis or persons. See Rico act.
OR
2) The defendant's case was disposed of and/or he/she was then transferred either to another court due to a warrant outstanding, or, if the defendant was an illegal immigrant, to ICE for deportation.
