There is no bandanna in MGS3. Instead you have to catch a Tsuchinoko and keep it alive 'til the end of the game and you'll get Infinity Face Paint

Raiden is actually from MGS2. But, Ivan Raidonovitch Raikov do looks surprisingly similar to Raiden.
