i believe so . check your state. you have obligation untul the child is atleast 18. that is if you have been paying on time and dont have back payments to make.
Yes, and it can be increased.
It depends on your state. Normally child support ends upon the age of majority in your state or emancipation. Unless a child is considered emancipated through giving birth, you will probably have to continue paying support. However, there are a few states that end child support at that time. Check your local state laws.
No, child support ends at age 18 or graduates from high school, but not further than age 19.
Yes, if a child is actively enrolled in college as a full-time student, the custodial parent will still receive child support. Once the child is done with college or if they drop out, the child support will stop.
Theirs always "accidental" death...
The parent is supposed to get the child support, not the minor child.
All child support ends when you lose legal custody of the kid, or if the kid turns eighteen.

In (MOST) states. If a child is still in school and still living at home. They can make you pay up to 19 1/2 years of age and possibly 7 years of college! So worst case is 26 1/2 years of child support. Hope your kid is not too motivated! lol
Only if he is your kid!
yes he still must pay support until your kid turns 18 years old.
....that depends upon your divorce agreement. If it stipulates specifics such as "child support shall be paid until the minor reaches the age of majority, or finishes college, or reaches the age of 25, or marrys, (← the MINOR, remember, not the ex-spouse) etc", then yes, you are still required to pay.
