You can lose a lot of weight by lowering the amount of carbs you eat and exercising every day. I lost about five lbs a week doing this. Some weeks more. You have to drink a lot of water every day as well. If you don't want to totally cut out carbs, try not eating fried foods, switching to wheat bread and skipping out totally on the carbs at night. I also would exercise first thing in the morning before I ate so that fat was being burned instead of the body having to burn off glucose first after eating. Hope this helps~!
