Tornadoes are most common in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South and North Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. However states such as Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia have gotten quite a few tornadoes in recent years.
