Armadillo is Native to the Americas (North and South America) and is not found in any other continent unless they were introduced, which I havent heard any about. For this reason, Armadillo is something that Native Americans use and some times still eat. But also now at days, Texas and Louisina are also areas were people consider armadillo as a delicacy, but is also eaten in many other states, mainly by hunters. Armadillos are also eaten in many rural areas throughtout Mexico and Latin America, because of these people Native American heritage. I have tasted Armadillo myselft and taste pretty good, but I don't consider it a dish I can eat many times over, because I kindad felt disgusted, but it was tasty.
