That is a strange question unless you are 4 years old :D
There is not a single button to fly a jet. I am not a pilot but from the knowledge I have from many simulators I have used. I can tell you that there are a set of procedures and controls to be used for a certain operation on an aircraft.
E.g For a take off u need to adjust the flaps to flying position (with a small lever or knob), lift the parking brakes, turn on navigation lights at night, push throttle to max and then pull on the elevators stick after reaching a certain speed (e.g 170 km for many jets) and ofcourse retract the landing gear after a positive climb rate.
