Masoud Khaddar Posh was born in 1916 in Lahore. He joined Indian Cicvil Service in 1941 & preceeded to St. Jhone College, Oxford for further studies & training.
He started his career in Ahmadnagar, Bombay Presidency.In 1946 as a member of Hari Inquiry Committe ( Agricultural lands Reforms for landless peasents) he wrote a Not of Dissent (commonly known as Hari Report) on the said report.
When this report was published (1948) this controversial note was wihtheld due to pressure of feudal landlords but in 1949 when Yousaf Haroon took oath as Cheif Mininster of Sindh Province, then this Note of Dissent was published.
This is a serious which explains the separation of East PAkistan as Bengladesh & eshtablishment of military dictatorship in Pakistan.
