bought a metal twin/full bunk bed unassembled with no hardware with it and no diagram of how to put it together or what size nuts/bolts/screws..etc.. it requires... help.

∙ 9y agoThere are several hardware pieces needed to put a futon bed together. These pieces are hinges, rollers, pin assembly, nylon inserts, nuts, seat stoppers, bolts, Allen wrench, cable zip, caps, brackets, and button covers.

Which would be better - a metal bunkbed set or a wooden bunkbed set. Which stands up to the stress of two boys.?
I used to have a wooden bunkbed set when I was kid. That thing lasted forever so I'd recommend that one. My brothers had a wooden bunkbed set...and it's still standing today! (They're 20 We have a wooden bunkbed for our 2 boys-5 and 3 years old- and it's great. Some metal ones are made of very cheap metal and will warp and bend easily. Beware when you are shopping Metal. Preferrably the kind they sell for prisons given my kids' rambunctious nature!
