I think yes in a way, it depents how old you are...

a properly structured test factors in age. The score takes your age into account. IQ comes in many forms, musical, mathematical, verbal, spatial and more. Focus on what your'e good at and don't sweat someone else's label. Write your own IQ number. Be a genius.

I personally do not really like those tests... sometimes not really comparable between each other... but the main idea is: 100 is considered as the average IQ, if your above, your smarter than the average person. So... as been said... if your young... then you're still improving, and 109 isn't a bad start.
