  • If you are 12 and you are 150 lbs, I'm not going to say that is overweight because if you are tall and you play a lot of sports I would consider it normal. When I was 11, I was 83.5 pounds so I don't know. If you're less active and you're always laying around you are probably overweight. Sorry if I offend you in any way.
  • Actually, I'm very short for my age, 102 pounds and 12 years old. I look fine and my doctor said i am the perfect weight, I'm actually skinnier than most of the kids on my class! I'd say that a lot of the kids on my class are about 120 pounds. If you are tall and active, 150 pounds is a fine weight, keep it up! If not, then perhaps you are overweight. It all depends on your height.

here at around 5'8 150 pounds... been into weightlifting for about 8 months now... about 5 months ago i began a hard bulk and went from 119 to my current weight its definitely normal especially if ur just a big lad

For a average 12 year old girl yes, but height is another factor, but unless you are about 5'8 yes. You may want to go to your doctor to check and make sure that you are not obese. If you are concerned you should start being on a diet and do light exercise, but don't over work yourself.

Technically, that would be considered overweight. However, this wouldn't be accurate if you have a lot of muscle mass. Muscle is much more dense than fat. If you don't have a lot of muscle, though, that would mean you may need to lose a little bit of weight, but nothing drastic (maybe 15 or 20 pounds).
