No, it is not. The number to dial varies from state to state. In Wyoming it is #HELP.
In a lot of states you just dial *55. In some other states you dial *47 (HP),
or *77 (SP), or even initial of the state that you are in then *77 (Example-Florida-*347 (*FHP)). While in others you dial the first initial and *47 , as we do in TN., Dial *THP.
Very confusing. There should be a standard, but I don't know how that could be done. It is not so simple a matter when you are crossing state lines so much sometimes, that YOU aren't even sure which state you are in!
