Adderall XR does work for ADHD, however, be careful and be sure that she has the correct diagnosis of ADHD. Anxiety can mimic ADHD. To properly treat and diagnose ADHD the child should be seen by a Pediatric Pshychologist, Pshyschiatrist and Pediatrician. In addition to these professionals her parents, her teacher, and the Doctors should evaluate all aspects of her daily life and routine. If you are in doubt, please see your Pediatrician.
