They sell a Windows version of Photoshop in every software store in America. It works fine. I run it all the time.

I have used photoshop since version 5 and all were on windows. I find it to be the most stable windows program of any type program. With about 10 years of windows photoshop use i have never had a crash or glitch of anykind.
