As long as my knowledge goes, it is polar. This is because hydrocarbons are nonpolar but when you introduce a functional group like amine here the two electrons left from the N tend to focus all the negative density where the N is. Also the N H bond has a more distinctive difference of electronegativity so the negative electrons tend to go there, so a polar molecule is formed.
