Is Canada separated by Lower Canada and Upper Canada?

Answer:
Lower Canada and Upper Canada existed from December 26, 1791, to February 10, 1841. From February 10, 1841 to July 1, 1867, they were amalgamated into the pre-Confederation Province of Canada.

They became the Provinces of Québec and Ontario, respectively, upon Confederation on July 1, 1867.

The eastern boundary of Ontario was and is the western boundary of Québec. Therefore, there was and is no land separating them.
