Yes,12 days ago I paid in full my credit card bill for Capital One with an ACH.They debited my Bank of America account for $17,000.00.Three days later they mistakenly debited my account again for $17,000.00.I immediately set upon a bizarre odyssey trying to get the money returned to my account.Phone call after phone call after phone,a visit to my local Capital One branch and to no avail.I still do not have my money back and the people at Capital One Credit divisions are robots who have no authority to do anything to fix their own problem.Does anyone have any advice how to get this problem fixed?
