Carlos married his high school sweetheart, Veronica Ponce, who is a professional photographer. They reside in Miami, Florida with their four children, Giancarlo (born 1999), Sebastián (born 2001), and twins Savannah and Sienna (born 2002). The couple adopted the twins from Russia.
