No, Detectives Benson and Stabler are coworkers. Like most of the rest of working Americans, in real life, coworkers seldom have interest in relationships with someone they work closely with. It does occasionally happen, but in the case of Benson and Stabler, it would only happen if the show's rating were in trouble.
Anything is possible, but very remote, especially since actor Christopher Meloni could not negotiate a contract to continue his role as Det. Stabler as of season 13.
No.
The Captain is Don Cragen who is played by Dann Florek.
Olivia Benson.
Jeffrey Scaperrotta, he has play Stabler's son since season one.
Pandora.
Stabler was shown having to use deadly force. In one incident, a corrupt police officer raised his weapon at Stabler in fear of being caught, forcing Stabler to shoot him. (SVU: "Risk") At another time, Stabler shot a suspect who was threatening to shoot his hostage despite the suspect's willingness to work the situation out with Benson. (SVU: "Debt") The third time was when he shot Jenna Fox, a girl who opened fire in the precinct in retaliation for her mother's rape and murder. (SVU: "Smoked")

No, he is an actor portraying a detective.
Detectives Benson and Stabler were partners for twelve seasons of Law and Order SVU. Season 12 ended with a girl with a gun shooting people in the squad room, so Detective Stabler shot and killed her. But during the hiatus between season 12 and 13, Christopher Meloni, the actor who plays Elliott Stabler, could not negotiate a new contract for season 13 of SVU. The script handled the situation by saying that Stabler had quit over the shooting incident. Elliott didn't appear, his resignation was discussed by the other characters so we would know why he wasn't there. That's a good sign because they didn't kill him off. It's possible that, if he can negotiate a contract for guest appearances we may see him on the show again.
Christopher Meloni's costar on Law and Order SVU is Mariska Hargitay, who plays Det. Olivia Benson.
Well she plays Maureen Stabler and she goes to college and rarely comes back
Benson and Stabler investigate the stabbing and castration of a cab driver, only to learn that the victim had purchased a phony hack license from an inmate at Rikers. Further investigation reveals that the dead man was a Serbian soldier named Stefan Tanzic, who had been indicted on charges of ethnic cleansins. Herself a child of rape, Benson has trouble separating herself from the case after realizing that the victim was a rapist. Stabler tries to keep her from crossing the line in her attempts to protect suspects she feels were justified in their actions.
Elliot Stabler and his wife Kathy have five children, Maureen, Kathleen, twins Richard and Elizabeth, and baby Elliot Jr. (called Eli) who was born in season 9 (2007).
Olivia Benson is a New York City Detective in the Manhattan Sex Crimes Unit on the TV series "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" (also called SVU), running from 1999 to present. In season 15, Detective Benson was promoted to Sergeant.
