If you're looking to work at the Aeronautical Systems division, the answer is no. It is run very poorly, the turnover rate is outrageous, and they don't respect their employees whatsoever. Advancement is practically non-existent as well.
If you're looking to work at any of the other divisions, the answer is yes! It's a wonderful place to work, advancement opportunities are abundant, benefits are fantastic, the people are wonderful, etc. I couldn't say enough good things about them!
My experience with GA ASI is similar to the first response to the question. The company is growing faster than good practiced policies of management and employee development are being employed. This rapid expansion is causing unorganized management, scattered direction of purpose, and ultimately, a sloppy product.
