Visiting Germany
Yes, all things German are great. It is a lovely country. German beer is excellent (and the women)
Germany is especially nice to visit at Christmas, especially the province of Saxony and the Ore Mountains, which are lovely. You can enjoy Christmas markets with mulled wine and bratwurst, and of course, the traditional wooden Christmas decorations from Schwibbogen to Pyramiden and the good old Rauchermann.
If you have the time travel along the Romantische Strasse ('Romantic Road') in Franconia (Northern Bavaria) and visit Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Noerdlingen and Dinkelsbuehl. Highly recommended!
Another highly recommended area in Germany is the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg - especially if you love pure nature and hiking or mountainbiking.
And of course the famous german castles are always worth a visit.
