John Cadbury invented Cadbury chocolate. He was born on the 12th of August 1801 and passed away on the 11th of May 1889. The founding of the buisness started in 1831 when John first made cocoa products on a factory scale in an old malthouse in Crooked Lane, Birmingham in England.John Cadbury retired in 1861, handing over the buisness to his eldest sons Richard and George.
