Is Narnia an allegory?

Answer:
Yes, it was used by C.S. Lewis as way to expose children to christianity, this was most apparent at the end of "The Voyage of The Dawn Treader". Aslan finds Lucy, Edmund and their cousin at the edge of the world and tells them that even though their time in Narnia is up they can still find him in their world just in a different way. The constant conflict is a parallel to the spiritual good and evil forces at war here.
