In September 2011 Neil announced his engagement to his manager Katie McNeil.
Diamond may have married her recently. Several tweets from Diamond indicate a romantic trip to Hawaii where Katie took several pictures and labeled them as taken by Katie McNeil Diamond. This is unconfirmed as of April 15, 2012.
There are rumors that they will actually tie the knot on April 21st. We shall see.

∙ 12y agoThere are rumors in the fan community based on various facts that he may be seeing his manager for the last 3 years or so. He did say in a recent interview that he has been seeing someone, and she is the one that he is seen with everywhere.
