In the modern English dictionary "Pee-Pee" is not a word. However, in modern English lingo, many young children (usually under the age of 8 years old) refer to the male penis as a "pee-pee", for many young children find the word "penis" embarrassing to say, and also find the word "pee-pee" comical due to it's childish sound.
