As of 29th September 2009, Impossible Pictures has teamed up with UKTV - Watch and ITV, they are making 13 episodes over 2 series. All of the old cast have signed up and the first episode is due Jan 2011.
Primeval Season Four was confirmed to be happening on 29th September 2009. Filming began in March 2010 and finished in June 2010. Season Four will contain seven episodes and was filmed in Ireland. A Pliosaur has been confirmed to appear in the fourth series.
Season Five has also been confirmed and will contain six episodes.
Yes, it has finished filming and will premier in late December 2010 and continue on into February 2011.
It will be released on DVD on February 11, 2011

No she is not dead she has just gone through the anomanly everyone thinks she is dead but she is not. She will return in the new series.

"I think Stephen will appear because.....well he did die eventually,but he is a main character,sure Tom-Ryan died and he was a main character,but I heard updates of that Tom-Ryan and Stephen appearing in series 3 and/or 4,so that's a yes!!" Sadly, I think it's unlikely. Stephen stayed put in his grave throughout Series 3. While production on the new series is reportedly now underway in Ireland, the actor who played Stephen has been cast in the pilot of a new American television series. He gives every appearance of having moved on, while the creative team behind Primeval, Tim Haines and Adrian Hodges, have both previously confirmed that we would not see Stephen again.
