Queen Amidala is a nice and fair queen I'm sure. She does not get madat anyone on Episode 1 exept Gunray. I think she is cool, but don't try to kiss her.
The month and day of Padme Amidala's birthday has never been revealed, but she was born in 49 BBY (before the Battle of Yavin in "A New Hope.") And she died at the age of 27.
