yes...I went thru the program and will do what they say...if not you do get a refeund...forget the rip off reports and ask someone who went thru the program. Yes your lender will tell you not to do it because they want to be in control! They will fight for you! I have Bank of America and they tried every trick they could to get me to drop them...rrf was the only reason I was able to get 2%. the bank tried 3 times to offer me crap! Give them a shot...it is well worth the money.
