No Robert Pattinson is not deaf otherwise he would have not been able to complete his Movies- Twilight, Newmoon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. Oh and his all new movie! Haunted I think its called!

Believe it or not Deaf people can and DO act....go now and google Marlee Matlin for just one example!

As for the question itself, no Robert Pattinson is not Deaf and as I far as I know has 'normal' hearing. Check out www.youtube.com for clips of Robert singing a la Van Morrison bluesy music and playing his own instruments.

But if the boy does not start wearing ear plugs at premieres with all the screaming around him he WILL end up losing some hearing LOL
