Stratford is a member of the United States Distance Learning Association and the International Council for Distance Education, but is not currently accredited, and they don't claim to be. Stratford is a valid distance learning school that provides vocational/career training.
I tried to join the military with a Stratford Diploma and it wasn't recognized. I called and asked why didnt they make it clear to me that i couldn't actually use it and i was told its in the contract.
Okay this thing is odd, it lets you edit other peoples answers. I wanted to add that Stratford does have an A+ BBB rating. But the one thing you want to watch out for is that the state laws don't require you to obtain a degree or certificate from that state. For example, with Veternary, you have to be licensed in the state you live in. Your degree cannot come from another state most of the time.
