Yes Tramadol is the same for dogs and humans. The dosage may be different but my dog is taking Tramadol for arthritis and I get her prescription filled at Walmart. As long as the medicine can be prescribed for animals and humans, then you can have them filled at Walmart, CVS, grocery store, etc. and save a lot of money.
