Is Uncle Tom's Cabin about a slave called Uncle Tom?

Tom is the name of the slave in Uncle Toms Cabin.

Throughout the book Tom lives in mutliple living areas. but not the Same cabin

Uncle Tom died in 1830<s

It was a way to show that the author was against slavery and wanted to find a way to stop it... i think.
