They are the same. Both have the same amount of Hydrocodone. The only difference is that Vicodin has 300mg more Acetaminophen. Acetaminophen compliments the effect of Hydrocodone, so it can feel stronger but is worse for your liver. 675mg is nothing to worry about but go with the Norco for recreation.
Acetaminophen gets dangerous around 2,000mg at once; 4,000mg in a day.
The 75-750 is actually 7.5-750 meaning it has 7.5mg of Hydrocodone and 750mg of tylenol. The Norco is a generic for Vicodin 10-325. again the same numbering convention. So after 3000-4000 mg of Tylenol a day can and will fry you liver. You can safely take more of the 10-325 per day even though they have more Vicodin in them (10mg instead of 7.5). So to answer your question the 10-325 Norco is far superior. The higher the Tylenol dosage the less you can take a day, do the math. Remember 3000-4000mg acetominophen (tylenol). The Vicodin come in a variety of flavors 5-500, 7.5-325 10-3.25 7.5-750 etc. etc. I take 4 to 6 7.5-325mg per day plus three 60mg MS-Contin/OXY morph. for pain, plus medical Mary J, for the sleep, appetite, and euphoria. I am not a Dr. or Pharm but used to work at a hospital in IT... This isn't medical advice, ask a Dr. or pharm, but they will tell u the same.
The question is confusing and cannot be answered simply.
The short answer is: "Vicodin 10's are 'stronger' in the sense that they contain 2.5 more milligrams of hydrocodone (the opioid narcotic) that the "Vicodin 750); yet, Vicodin 10's are 'weaker' in the sense that they contain less acetaminophen than 'Vicodin 750').
Here is the explanation:

Vicodin pills contain both hydrocodone (a synthetic narcotic) combined with acetaminophen. Vicodin--specifically, comes in the following strengths:
1) 5 mg/500mg (so-called "regular Vicodin" or "the 500's"; this is what you get if
a prescription for Vicodin is written with no other indicators);
2) 7.5 mg/750 mg (a.k.a. "Vicodin ES" or "Vicodin Extra Strength" or "the
750's");
3) 10 mg/660 mg (a.k.a. "Vicodin HP" or "Vicodin High Potency).

***Note that for EACH formulation, the "number before the "slash" refers to the amount of hydrocodone(i.e. the synthetic narcotic/opioid) in the pill; while the "number after the slash" refers to the amount of acetaminophen in the pill .
Thus, refer to the "Short Answer" given above.
There are other formulations for different brand names: (e.g. Norco and its generics come in 5 mg/325 mg; 7.5 mg, 325 mg; 10 mg/325 mg).
yes ,it has the same amount of hydrocodone,just less tylenol, is better on your stomach.
percocet is a little bit stronger than vicodin in terms of its sedating and painkilling effects. i had my wisdom teeth out a month ago and after a few days the vicodin the doctor prescribed me for pain gradually lost its effect. he then prescribed me percocet which felt stronger to me but like the vicodin it gradually lost its effect. your body tends to build high tolerances to these drugs if used consistently.
vicodin 7.5/750
I have used percocet 500 and vicodin 750 for buldging discs and degenerative arthititis in my back. Persocet lasts longer, starts quicker, and provides more relief. I have not had any negative side effects except sonstipation. Good luck.
7.5/750
Both the Watson 3202 (generic equivalent to Vicodin) and Vicodin 750 both contain 2 medications: hydrocodone and acetaminophen. The difference is the amount of these ingredients. Watson 3202 contains 5mg of hydrocodone bitartrate and 325mg of acetaminophen (generic Tylenol). The Vicodin 750 that you ask about is quite likely Vicodin ES (extra strength). This contains 750mg of acetaminophen and 7.5mg of hydrocodone. This is obviously stronger than than Watson 3202. When taking either of these medications, you must not take any other products that contain acetaminophen (Tylenol). Acetaminophen is commonly found in OTC cold and flu medications and products for menstrual discomfort (such as Pamprin, etc.) and, of course, plain Tylenol pain reliever that you buy OTC. Taking too much acetaminophen (more than 4 grams or 4000 milligrams in 24 hours) can lead to irreversible liver disease and possibly death.
HYDROCODONE/APAP 7.5/750GENERIC EQUIVALENT FOR VICODIN 7.5/750It's made by Mallinckodt (hence the M). The strength is 7.5 mg of hydrodone and 750 mg acetominophen (aka tylenol).
Motrin 800 is what they call an (nsaid) meaning nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug for pain reliever, fever reducer. Motrin is not a non-narcotioc drug. Vicodin is a narcotic, and can be habit forming. You must have a script for vicodin, but not for motrin.
750 mg of acetaminophen
The strongest dose of acetaminophen in Vicodin is 660 mg-10 mg.The strongest dose of hydrocodone in Vicodin is 750 mg-7.5 mg.
10mg is the highest. i'm pretty sure they have 10-325 and 10-500 and 10-750 but the only difference is the amount of tylenol. its still 10mg of the opiates. if you want something stronger, its percocet. oxycodone instead of hydrocodone.
the 650 is how many mg of Tylenol is in it 5mg hydrocodone
no the 44175 pill is good for withdrawals from pain medicines.
