That is not very good. I am a 10th grader and I got a 28.
If this is your first time taking the ACT, it's not a great score but it's an "OK" score. When I was in high school (1 year ago) I took the ACT about 8 times! I took my first in 9th grade and made a 20. By the time I was a Junior (11th grade) I got a composite of a 27 (Eng. - 27 Reading Comprehension- 25 Math- 28 Science 26). After I found out that that was all I had to make in order to get a full scholarship to the college I wanted to attend I stopped taking it! So I would just say you should take it plenty of times before you start college! It really improves your score!
'Good' is a subjective term, but most people would agree that you are on track for your age. A 20 on the ACT means you have tested better than approximately 48% of the people that took the test across the nation.
Yes, I got a 25 as a ninth grader and you can always bring it up if you aren't happy with that.
34
Thirty six is the highest score a person can get on the ACT. A general rule is that any score that is above fifteen is a good score.
That is not good.
you can only get a 36...
The average ACT score in the USA is a 21. The highest possible score on the ACT however is a 36. To get into a college like UCSD, the average seems to be like a 26-32. So a good score would probably be a 25-29 but a great score would be a 30-36!
YES!
having that score is not good because they give you 12 automatically....so if i was you i would retake it and study for the test this time.....
You are not considered stupid, but your score for that particular test is below average.
what is the ACT score composite score
All I have to say is... welcome to harvard kid.
