well that's a vague question cause in yugioh 5ds, stardust dragon is yusei fudo's favorite/best card. Since stardust dragon is an excellent card, you can put it in just about any deck with synchro summoning.

I run a very good dragon deck and the only equip card I run is Axe of Despair. 1000 attack.
Lightpulsar Dragon is unlimited in the current TCG. I.e You can use 3 in a deck.
it depends what cards are in the spell/trap section of the deck. it also depends on your style of play
If you have a deck that needs monsters sent to the graveyard like a lightsworn deck, then you might win.

Defineately rise of the dragon lords I have both and the machine revolt didnt go so well for me.
Knowing the game well and how to play it is a key to winning Yugioh. Also, having a good deck and using strategy helps.
